Auroral Sinter Metals is making gradual efforts toward sustainable development for the company, starting by strengthening its internal management systems, adhering to business ethics, and ensuring transparency of corporate information.  

As climate change becomes increasingly severe, greenhouse gases are a critical issue for global environmental protection now and in the future. Auroral Sinter Metals has taken corresponding measures to address related environmental issues, improving and reducing waste in consumables, waste, and energy used in production, thus contributing to the global environment.

Auroral Sinter Metals is dedicated to applying powder metallurgy in green manufacturing technology and environmental protection. A visualization system for energy management in our plant monitors energy consumption generated in every manufacturing process to rigorously manage unnecessary waste of energy. In terms of hardware, solar energy panels in each plant generates green energy that is monitored and internalized by the system.


Short-term goals:
  1. Aim to obtain ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Certification.
  2. Aim to obtain ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management Systems Certification.
  3. Smart meters are used to monitor energy consumption, save electricity and achieve energy saving and carbon reduction.
Future goals:
  1. Aim to obtain ISO 14067:2018 Carbon Footprint Verification.
  2. Aim to obtain ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) Certification.

Net-zero carbon emission is an important environmental policy that Auroral will actively implement in the future, aligning with international standards and contributing its share to environmental protection.

Auroral Sinter Metals has established a welfare committee to ensure that employees enjoy excellent benefits. Both local and foreign employees are treated equally, and the company also addresses the specific needs of female employees by regularly participating in public welfare activities.
